Returns

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will confirm whether the item is eligible, provide the correct return address and explain the next steps.

Return condition

Items should be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or worn nail sets may be excluded from voluntary returns where permitted by applicable law. This does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and checked. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the credit.
