Shipping

We primarily serve customers in Germany while keeping the store available in English for international visitors.

Availability and cost

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping methods currently available for your destination, together with the applicable price and estimated delivery window. If no method appears, we cannot ship to that address at this time.

Order processing

Orders begin processing after payment confirmation. Tracking information is sent when the selected service provides it. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are not guaranteed and can be affected by carriers, public holidays, customs or an incomplete address.

International orders

Import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply outside the dispatch country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
